About Lionheart Publications
Lionheart Publications was founded on 09 December 2022 in San Antonio, Texas. We were created specifically to publish works that major publishing firms are unwilling to risk their capital or their reputations to produce.
This was the result of two unrelated incidents coming to the attention of our founders at the same time. The first was learning that a local San Antonio author had his latest work rejected by his publisher of over 25 years because they did not believe it had a large enough audience to justify the publishing costs. The other was a local business support group, Black Business San Antonio, that was seeking authors and a publisher to produce books for its members.
Those two events were the "perfect storm" that led to the creation of Lionheart Publications as a publisher willing to risk taking on new authors and topics that may have limited audiences. Our objective is to provide those authors with opportunities to get their works in print and to promulgate ideas that are courageous, inspiring, and powerful.

Our History
When we actually have a publishing history, we will tell that story here. Until that time, we are trying to make history in the publishing world by serving the underserved in the writing community and giving voice to authors who otherwise could not make their voices heard.
